Step 3. We’ll asses your termination needs and get the potential case underway. We’ll go over your paperwork in uncompromising detail and, if anything’s missing, we’ll let you know.
Step 4. Based on our honest, independent advice, you’ll decide whether you want to instruct our help or continue the process on your own.
Step 5. If you decide to instruct us to work on your case, you’ll need to sign the relevant paperwork and a Solicitors Form of Authority.
Step 6. We’ll duplicate all of your paperwork before it leaves your house, for your peace of mind.
Step 7. We’ll leave you with the information you need to do a secondary statement in relation to actual historical purchases.
Step 8. When your documentation arrives back at the office, we’ll catalogue, index, and summarise it. If we need any further documentation, we’ll let you know.
Step 9. Our team and direct sales experts will go through your experience and compile a case summary and list of potential breaches for the Solicitor.
Step 10. Your case file will be double checked and prepared for handover before being sent securely to the Solicitor / Barrister.
Step 11. You’ll then be informed of your appointed Solicitor / Barrister.
Step 12. Your Solicitor / Basrrister will issue you with the relevant papers before seeking redress, termination, and justice. After case handover to the Solicitor, we’ll work with them as and when required.
